Chris Gordon is a Partner within Redress, Scotland. He specialises in pursuing personal injury cases.

For more than ten years Chris has been pursuing personal injury cases mostly at the Court of Session and he has dealt with a wide and varied number of cases.

He has been accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Personal Injury Law.

He is a member of the PAN European Organisation of personal injury lawyers and accordingly he has access to and contact with fellow professionals in Europe. The Chambers Legal Directory ranks Chris on a short list of only seven pursuer personal injury solicitors and these are recommended by his peers.

Chris is an expert in handling industrial diseases cases including cases for asbestos, industrial asthma, silicosis and latex allergy. He has also successfully handled a number of passive smoking cases.

In the last number of years Chris' attention has centred on business development and that relates particularly to road accident claims. Chris has handled a large number of Road Accident claims including the West Street Bus Crash cases and complex fatal road accident claims.

Chris is a member of the Motor Accident Solicitors' Society which specialises in expert advice and representation to victims of road traffic accidents.
